A PhD in relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute.
First class (60%+) in the previous qualifying degree (PG or UG).
Excellent academic record with strong credentials in teaching, training, research, and publications in reputed journals.
Professor: Minimum 10 years (including at least 4 years as Associate Professor in reputed institutes like IIMs, IITs, IISc, etc.)
Associate Professor: 6 years post-PhD with at least 3 years as Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor Grade-I: Minimum 3 years of post-PhD teaching or industry/research experience.
Assistant Professor Grade-II: Fresh PhDs with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
