The DRDO-sponsored research project aims to develop ferroelectric-based tunable filters for S, C, and X bands, primarily for use in modern RF and microwave communication systems. These filters will be designed for low insertion loss, high return loss, and compact design, and will be suitable for military and advanced wireless communication.
You will have the opportunity to design, fabricate, and test filters using ferroelectric materials, work with thin-film deposition, micro/nanofabrication techniques, and collaborate closely with experts in the domain.
M.Sc. in Physics
OR
M.Tech in Laser Science / Applied Physics / Photonics / Materials Science / Electronics
✅ Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA
✅ Mandatory: Valid GATE score
CSIR-NET qualification
Research experience in:
Microwave devices
Thin-film deposition
Nanofabrication and microelectronics
RF component design
Stipend: ₹37,000 per month
